What to include in your message
To help us respond faster, especially for corrections, please include:
- The page URL where you saw the issue
- The specific text or value that looks wrong
- What you believe the correct information is, and a source if you have one
- Your browser and device, if the issue is visual or interactive
Response time
We aim to reply within a few business days. Reports about clearly inaccurate time information get priority because they are the kind of error that matters most for travel and scheduling.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent reference site, not a government or travel-services provider. We are not able to:
- Confirm whether a specific train, flight, or appointment is operating on time
- Provide visa, customs, or immigration guidance for Russia
- Translate or certify Russian-language documents
- Place phone calls on your behalf to Russian numbers
For questions about the official observed time in any Russian region, the IANA Time Zone Database is the authoritative source we rely on, and we recommend checking it for legal or operational decisions.
Common questions
Is the time on your site accurate?
The clocks read your device's system time and convert it to each Russian zone using the browser's Intl.DateTimeFormat API and IANA identifiers such as Europe/Moscow and Asia/Vladivostok. If your device's clock is correct, the display will be correct to the second. If it is off, the displayed time will be off by the same amount.
Can I embed your converter on my site?
The current site does not provide an embed widget. If that changes, we will document it on the converter page. Please review our Terms of Service for general usage rules.
I'm a journalist or researcher writing about Russian time policy.
Background articles you may find useful are linked at the bottom of the home page and on the DST history page. For specific questions, email us with your deadline and we will do our best to respond in time.
